Wazza.com is in the process of developing a unique, efficient and very affordable solution to ease the trouble for Contractors and Freelancers to find their next contract. What we are proposing is a Contractor/Freelancer section that would enable you to list yourself (or your team) and display your skills and past experiences. In our opinion this would greatly reduce the stress for Contractors/Freelancers in finding the next contract as Employers looking for your type of work come to you.
Employers
Employers - this is a great benefit for yourselves as well. Just as our job seeker search has eased the stress of finding new staff our Contractor/Freelancer section will enable you to quickly and freely search and contact the type of Contractor you require. You will be able to do things like check their references, view their history, talk, SMS, or email them and even view feedback from their last employers. Quite simply this will make your job a whole lot easier.
Now of course we don't pretend to know everything that Contractors/Freelancers want to display their skills nor for that matter everything employers may like so that they can make the most informed choice possible. So what would really aide in the development of this section is your feedback.
