Wazza.com makes it easy for employers to find high quality staff with a few clicks of the mouse.
This is done through our unique web system whereby instead of advertising the job we advertise the job seeker.
As an employer you simply search (from the search box left) our database of jobseekers by selecting the appropriate category, then location and lastly any pertinent keywords. Our search engine then goes about directly matching job seekers with your search criteria. The results will provide you with a list of job seekers who meet the criteria you entered.

Once you have searched our database of job seekers and have been presented with your results you can freely click on any of the job seekers you choose.
Each job seeker has there own unique resume page which of course details themselves and their employment history. Each job seeker has the opportunity (but is not required) to upload a headshot of themself and a brief video.
When it comes time to make contact you have 3 choices. It is completely free for employers to make contact with job seekers via the email form located on each job seekers resume page. Wazza also offers for a small fee the option of making contact with job seekers via Phone or SMS.
These options are accessed directly from each job seekers resume page.
By choosing to make direct contact (call charges starting from 9.9 cents per minute (USD) or a flat rate of 50cents (USD) per SMS) you receive the direct access to our unique WazzaCall system. WazzaCall will direct you to login or register as a user once this process is complete you simply need select the resume holder you wish to talk with and our system will call you and connect you directly to the job seeker. You will receive an account for these phone charges, at the address given, and at the time nominated when signing up.
There is no other charges.
