Do you post jobs on job boards? If so I bet you have more than one qualified job seeker apply for each position you advertise. Why not use this inventory of job seekers to earn some additional revenue. This is the proposition that Wazza.com is offering.
Below is a screenshot of the Wazza Recruitment Portal. Each of the points next to it will take you to more complete explanations of what each section offers.
Control Panel: Your Control Panel is basically the homepage of your Recruiters Admin panel. From here you will see summaries of your current months activities as well as access to our Live Support Chat, Feedback and Referral forms. No matter what page you are on at Wazza.com if logged in you can return to your Control Panel by clicking the 'My Account' button on the menu bar.
Profile: The Profile section of your account is simply for updating your login and company information. Here you can update your password at any time. The only thing you cannot change is the email address associated with your account as this is also your username.
Company Information:
This section is simply for the adding of your Company Name and logo. These will then be automatically added to any Job Profiles you create or emails you send. If you fail to add anything here then emails and Job Profiles will not contain these details.
Job Seekers: This section is for the management of your current job seekers plus you can at any time upload or add new job seekers. Also contained here is an Excel Template that you should download and complete when uploading job seekers so as to ensure your job seekers details are formatted correctly.
Create Job Profile: Job Profiles are job listings that are emailed instantly to all qualified job seekers. These job seekers are invited to apply for the position that you are currently filling. If one of our job seekers is hired for the position there is a one-time fee payable of $49usd (which is billed to your account). If you have no success filling the position from our database of job seekers you pay nothing.
From the Create Job Profile section you can create a new Job Profile to be emailed out to all qualified job seekers. In the next few weeks a feature will be added that will allow you to post your Job Profiles for a period of time of your choosing and any job seekers that come to our site in that time and meet your requirements will be invited to apply.
View Job Profile(s): Here you can easily manage or close any of your current Job Profiles.
My Favourites: When searching for job seekers through Wazza.com you can at any time on any job seekers resume page simply add them to your Favourites by clicking the 'Add Me To Favourites' button. You must however be logged in to do this action. Once you have added a job seeker to your Favourites you can review them at any time from the 'My Favourites' section of your Recruiter Admin.
Financial Statement: From here you can check at any time what your current financial status is for the current month. All phone, SMS and Job Profile charges are automatically tabled in this area. You will be billed for your current outstanding amount on either the 1st or 15th of each month depending on which date you selected during registration.
