Why WAZZA ?
Wazza.com is different. Wazza is about results. Our company was built on the foundation of what we feel are our competitors failures, the individual. We are the first to admit that we are not perfect and may not suit everyone but ultimately our goal is to make the process of either finding employment or an employee a whole lot simpler.
To do this required unique thinking. Wazza simply couldn’t be like most other job websites by charging employers a fee to list their available positions. We needed to think outside the box, so to speak. We started with the premise of reversing the way job websites work. Instead of advertising the job we advertise the job seeker. This idea would act as the backbone of our philosophy.
By advertising the job seeker instead of the job we would streamline the whole process. No longer would employers waste time sorting through and responding to what many times would be dozens of applicants and no longer would job seekers waste time applying for jobs that are overcrowded with applicants or worse no longer available.
The end result is employers receive a higher standard of applicant and job seekers can concentrate on nailing the positions they are invited to apply for. To us here at Wazza that seems like the ideal outcome.
